Visa

If for Visa purposes you require a letter from the conference organisers, we will provide invitation letters to those of you meeting at least one of the following criteria: i) being an author of an accepted paper; ii) being a speaker; iii) being a RTNS 2024 TPC member; iv) having a paid registration in the conference; v) being an author of a submitted paper still under evaluation.

Please send an email to rtns24@cister-labs.pt, with the following information  included in your request: i) full name as it appears on passport; ii) affiliation; iii) authors of accepted papers should indicate the paper title.
